Tristan C. Cirimpei, 22, of Douglassville passed away in his home on September 23, 2022.
He was the son of Mandy Ruth, wife of John Ruth, and Gabriel Cirimpei. Tristan was the soul mate of the late Angie A. Rodriguez who passed away January 23, 2022.
Tristan graduated from Exeter High School in 2019. He was a self-employed video editor. He worked to hone this craft and it evolved into a true passion and creative outlet. This form of expression was a special talent, evident at a young age. He saw the internet and YouTube as an opportunity to innovate and help others. Tristan has a YouTube channel that thousands of people have appreciated. He was a mentor who supported others by sharing his talent. Friends who spoke of him described him as humorous, kind, motivated, hard working, creative, trusting, inspirational, and as an advocate.
During his youth, Tristan spent his time playing with trucks and Thomas trains; he also made Crocs cool 15 years ago. Tristan was a committed vegan who loved nature, hiking, gardening, and was a skilled pond builder. He was dedicated to become an expert in anything he set his mind to and this was evident by his multiple passions from dinosaurs, editing, plants, reptiles, new technology, music theory and creation. In his interactions with friends and strangers, he always chose kindness and compassion. Tristan was up for any adventure, child like play, or helper to a job. He was always respectful, eager to learn, and loved hugs and walks. Tristan loved animals, small and large. His pets included dogs, cats, reptiles, amphibians, and any insect that crossed his path. Tristan had a passion for music and listened to music morning, noon and night, and he spent many hours composing music for the special people in his life. Some of his favorite artists included The Weeknd, XXXTENTACION, and Tame Impala. In the most recent years Tristan was often seen wearing headphones as music was the most calming and grounding activity for him. He was deeply devoted to his loving family and, of course, to Angie. For years he would tell or text his mom every night “I love you to the moon and back.” Once he met Angie, this evolved into “I love you to the astral plane and back.” Angie was Tristan’s angel and, now he is ours Exodus 23:20. Their energy will continue to inspire and give strength to all those who loved them.
In addition to his parents, Tristan is survived by his three siblings. His sister Haley Cirimpei was his closest friend and confidant. They enjoyed talking about everything from their goals in life to philosophy, going on adventures, and sharing his greatest hobbies and knowledge. He embraced his brother Landon Cirimpei at any chance he was given. Tristan inspired Landon’s love of bearded dragons, YouTube and video games. Tristan took every opportunity to be the best big brother to Charlie Ruth by enjoying fun activities together such as jumping on the trampoline, having Nerf gun wars, talking about superheroes, playing in the ball pit, laying together, games, playing hide and seek, and building forts. Also surviving are Maternal Grandparents, Daya and Zayda Sackeim; Paternal Step-grandparents, Grandma and Grandpa Ruth; Paternal Grandparents, Maya and Taya Popescu; Maternal Great Grandmother, Mamaw; several aunts, uncles, cousins and his pet cats, Andy and Lynx, monitor lizard Cleo, and dog Sadie.
Tristan was predeceased by his soul mate, Angie A. Rodriguez, his paternal step-grandparents, Nanny and Poppy Drain, Aunt Persida P. Popescu and his pets, dog Shelby and cat Andretta.
