Shannon M. Gerhart

Shannon M. Gerhart, 61, of Shillington, passed away in her home on Wednesday, November 9, 2022.

She was a daughter to the late Raymond M. and Gertrude L. (Matter) Gerhart. She was the loving companion of the late Lee Bailey.

Shannon was a 1979 graduate of Reading High School and was employed by Wonder Bread for many years as a Merchandiser. Shannon held a life time membership at the Riverside Beneficial Association.

Shannon is survived by her siblings, Charles A. Gerhart, Jeffrey D. Gerhart, Raymond M. Gerhart II, Howard L. Gerhart, Bonnie L. Palmer and Meredith L. Dreibelbis along with many nieces and nephews. Also surviving is Shannon’s best friend, Beth Young and her husband Joe and Shannon’s loving companion, her dog, Lexi.

A viewing will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am in the Milkins Trymbiski Funeral Home, 4914 Kutztown Road, Temple. A Graveside service will be held at Pleasant View Cemetery in Sinking Spring.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Shannon’s name may be made to the Animal Rescue League, 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508.
