Russell L. Foltz

Russell L. Foltz, 52, of Wyomissing, passed unexpectedly on July 18, 2021 in his residence.

Born on July 4, 1969, he was a son to Luther L. and Shirlene A. (Belt) Foltz. Russell was a 1987 graduate of Wilson High School and went on to attend Millersville University, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business. He was the husband of Durinda R. (Reid) Foltz.  Russell was employed by the City of Reading Police Department where he worked as a Police Officer for 22 years until his passing.

In Russell’s spare time, he enjoyed golfing, watching Philadelphia sports, biking, and spending time with family and friends.

In addition to being a husband and a son, Russell was the father of Sarah Foltz, Ashley

Foltz and Jared Foltz. In addition to being a father, Russell was the brother to Donna Miller, who passed on December 4, 1995.

Funeral Services will be held privately at the request of the family.
