Romana Newman

Romana Newman, 93, of Elverson, passed away Sunday in her residence.

Romana was married to the late Roland W. Newman.

She was the daughter of the late Florencio Abayan  and Bebiana (Gavan) Abayan.

She was a member of Kenhorst Blvd. Seventh-day Adventist Church.

She enjoyed baking, cooking, and sewing in the years preceding her illness.

Surviving are three children, Jeanne A. Newman of Elverson, Wayne R. Newman of Shillington, and Vernon F. Newman, husband of Debbie Newman of TN.

She is predeceased by a daughter, Leath E. Newman.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Roland Newman II, Jessica Kegerise, Wayne Newman II, Phillipe Newman, Kory Hay, Sonee Libbman, Tia Combs, and Jarred Guinan.

She is survived by her great grandchildren, Tyler, Kaylea, and Benjamin Newman, Josiah Newman, Jaiden Kegerise, Maisy, Cole and Ezra Newman, Korinne, Jonovan, Josiah Hay, Mariah and Malachi Libbman, and Luke and Kamora Combs.

She is survived by her siblings, Dominicio Abayan, Segundia Abayan, Frisco Abayan, Genera Abayan, Clemente Abayan, Felix Abayan, Salvado Abayan, Romualdo Abayan, Francisca Abayan Barela.

She is predeceased by her siblings,_Florencio Abayan, Segundo Abayan, Antonio Abayan, Pelagio Abayan, Sofia Abayan, Bebiana Abayan, Faustino Abayan, Fulgencio Abayan.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 3rd at 11:00 am in Pine Forge Seventh-day Adventist Church, 308 Pine Forge Road, Pine Forge, PA 19548.

Interment will be private in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Lebanon County.
