Robin A. (Luckenbill) Wessner

Robin A. Wessner, 67, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away September 7th in Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, following a long battle with heart disease, with her loving husband of seventeen years Mark A. Wessner by her side.

Born in Bernville, she was the daughter of the late Luther Luckenbill and Anna (Sonday) Luckenbill Wanner.

Additional survivors include a son, Roger Himmelberger, Jr. of Bethel. She is also survived by two grandsons, Dakota and Dylan Himmelberger of Bethel who meant the world to her.

She has a sister, Susan Loeb and husband Larry of Florida and she is predeceased by a brother, Luther Luckenbill, Jr.

She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Robin was a manager for many years for Sovereign Bank, now Santander Bank, in the loans and mortgage department.

She was a member of Zion Blue Mountain UCC in Strausstown where she enjoyed Sunday services and Friday night bingo.

She enjoyed gardening, lawn mowing, doing arts and crafts, and crocheting. She also enjoyed her trips to the beach with her lifelong friend Gail Stamm of Rehrersburg.

A viewing will be held in Zion Blue Mountain UCC., 6573 Old U. S. 22, Bernville, PA 19506 (Strausstown) on Thursday, September 15th from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm with a funeral service beginning at 6:00 pm.

Interment will be private.
