Roberta A. Geist, 77, of Topton, passed away Saturday, October 24th at the Lutheran Home at Topton.
Roberta was the daughter of the late Edgar P. and Sallie E. (Hilbert) Geist.
She is survived by brother, Carl E. Geist of Coatesville; sister, Arlene V. Moss, widow of James Moss of Mertztown; nephews: Robert, Richard, Lee and Tobin Geist; and nieces: Tyrene (Geist) Christman, Tazena (Geist) Shewell, Cheryl (Geist) Taggert and Kelley (Geist) Laurento.
Roberta is preceded in death by spouse, George W. Schroth; brother, Robert A. Geist; and sister, Erma Pennypacker.
Mrs. Geist had worked as a personal care assistant at Country Meadows nursing home.
She had been a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Macungie, PA and had enjoyed bowling, country music and bingo.
Services will be held Thursday, October 29th from Milkins Giles Funeral Home, 4914 Kutztown Rd., Temple, at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Laureldale Cemetery, Reading. A viewing will be held Thursday, from 10 a.m. until time of service, at the funeral home.
