Richard B. Keller, Sr., 70, of Fleetwood, passed away on October 12, 2022, in Penn State Health St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Richard was the son of the late Harry B. and Elaine H. Keller. He was the husband of Dawn A. Strunk with whom he spent 31 years.
Richard was a 1970 graduate of Oley Valley High School. Richard was an avid hunter and outdoorsmen and loved spending time at his hunting cabin. He enjoyed listening to oldies music and attending car shows with his three prized possessions, his Nova’s. Richard was the owner and operator of Rich’s Automotive Machine Shop for over 50 years until his retirement where he passed his business down to his son, Barry. Above all, Richard loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, Dawn, Richard is survived by his children, Richard B. Keller, Jr., husband of Maryellen L. (Yoder), Barry R. Keller, husband of Kimberly M. (Makins), and step daughter Michelle L. (Strunk) Katzenmoyer, wife of David. Also surviving are grandchildren, Joshua D. Keller, Jacob M. Keller, Emily N. Keller and great grandchildren, Liam O. Keller, Levi O. Keller, and one great grandchild, Baby Keller, on the way.
Richard was predeceased by his brother, Donald Keller and step-son Michael Strunk.
A visitation will be held Thursday, October 20, 2022, from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm in the Milkins Trymbiski Funeral Home, 4914 Kutztown Road, Temple.
