Richard P. Kegerise

Rich Kegerise, 97, formerly of Temple passed away Wednesday October 14, 2015 at the Lancaster Manor Care.
He was predeceased by his wife Eleanor E. (Eschbach) Kegerise, January 14, 2011, and five siblings.
Mr. Kegerise was born in Allentown on January 5, 1918, son of the late Raymond and Maude (Peters) Kegerise.
After graduating from Reading High School in 1935, Richard began his career in the Textile Machine Works' program as a machinist, later owning numerous businesses in the Reading area. He shared a passion for gardening with his wife.
Surviving is a son, David B. husband of Maxine R. Kegerise, Reading; three grandchildren: Amy L. wife of Mark J. McIntyre, Ocoee, FL; Michael A. husband of Cecilie Burghardt-Kegerise, Yorktown, VA; Andrew D. husband of Cristina Kegerise, Winter Haven, FL; great grandson, Samuel J. McIntyre and step granddaughter, Suey N. Rodriguez.
Private graveside services in Forest Hills Memorial Park with Reverend Thomas Irwin officiating.
