Perry M. Eich 85 of Temple was dead on arrival at the Reading Hospital on Tuesday.
He was the husband of Florence M. (Umstead) Eich. They had shared fifty-sever years of a loving marriage.
Perry was born in Reading on January 24, 1928. He was the son of the late Perry and Anna Marie (Miller) Eich.
Surviving in addition to his wife is a brother, William D companion of Juanita Lorah of Reading. Also, surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Perry Was predeceased by a sister, Arlene Zogas; and a niece Georganne Zogas.
Mr. Eich was past chairman of the former Dana Credit Union (Belco Credit). He was a past officer with the Reading Humane Society. He enjoyed dog training of basic behaviors with Gentle Leader Dog Training.
Perry graduated from Reading High School in the Class of 1946.
He served his country in the United States Navy during World War II
Mr. Eich was employed thirty-seven and a half years by the former Dana Corporation of Reading last working as a foreman in the truck side bar department.
Funeral services from the Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc. Temple on Monday at 1:00 P.M. with Reverend Merrill Marisseau officiating. Family will receive friends on Monday 11:00 A.M. until time of services.
Interment in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton.
