Patricia C. (Turner) Deist

Patricia C. (Turner) Deist 88 of Bern Township died Saturday morning in the Phoebe Berks Health Care Center. She was the wife of Donald T. Deist. They shared a loving marriage of fifty-four years.

Pat was born in West Reading. Daughter of the late Joseph and Frances (Ritz) Turner.

Surviving in addition to her husband is a daughter, Donna Deist Torres of Reading. A granddaughter, Caitlyn M. La Sota of Muhlenberg Township; and two great grandchildren, Eden and Elias. She will be missed by her dog, Coco.

She was employed thirteen years by Reading Commercial Heat Treating Company of Reading last working as a secretary.

Mrs. Deist was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church and the church choir. She graduated from Quincy High School located in Quincy, PA. She was a member of the Reading Choral Society. She was a social member of the 148th Fighter Squadron Association. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, word searches, reading, and singing.

Memorial services for Patricia will be held on Friday, June 8th from Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc. 4914 Kutztown Road, Temple. Family will receive friends on Friday 10:00 A.M. until time of service.
