Nancy A. Kulp, 90, of Fleetwood, passed away Sunday, September 22nd in her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Nancy was married on February 26, 1954 to her late husband, Gerald J. Kulp who passed away July 9, 2016.
Nancy was the daughter of the late Edwin and Elizabeth (Ritzman) Hess.
Nancy is survived by two sons, Terry S. Kulp of Fleetwood and Gerald S. Kulp and wife Shirley J. Kulp also of Fleetwood. There are three grandchildren, Joshua D. Kulp and Benjamin J. Kulp both of Lancaster, and Bethann L. Kulp of Red Lion, PA. There is a step grandchild, Tracy, wife of Joseph Voorhees of Springfield, NJ.
Nancy is survived by a sister, Mary Lou (Hess) Eckroth, widow of Richard Eckroth of the state of Washington. She is predeceased by a brother, Robert Hess and wife Anna Hess and a sister, Ruth Baver and husband John Baver.
Nancy graduated from Reading High School in 1952. She was a member of (SOS) Save Our School Club, glee club, and a member of the National Honor Society.
She also served as a Girl Scout Brownie Leader.
She was an active member of Peace Lutheran Church in Reading serving in various ministries through the years including: a member of the choir, Sunday School teacher, Vacation Bible School coordinator, and was a member of the church council.
Nancy was employed for Carpenter Technology Corporation as a Teletype Supervisor for nearly thirty years.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
