Myrtle F. Parker

Myrtle F. Parker, 105, formerly of Temple, passed away Monday, December 19th in Manor Care in Laureldale.

Born in Baumstown, she was the daughter of the late Francis A. Dietrich and Mary Ellen (Sieger) Dietrich.

She was formerly employed as a sales clerk by Lechleitners Candy Store and W. T. Grant Co. , both in Reading, and Dutch Maid Bakery in Temple.

Surviving are three children, Joyce M., widow of Wayne Kemp of Kutztown, Dolores D., widow of Larry Muthard of Muhlenberg Park, and Kenneth E. Parker, and wife Evelyn of Temple.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Diane (Kemp) Young, Darren Kemp, Laraine (Kemp) Wuchter and husband Keith, Jamie (Muthard) Beil and husband Clark, Jodie (Muthard) Madueno and husband Pedro, Julie (Muthard) Pietrowski and husband Tom, Laurie (Muthard) Peer and husband Alan, Amy Parker, Kathy (Parker) Levan and husband Robert, and Kenneth C. Parker and wife Patricia.

Also, great grandchildren, Michael Kemp, Austin and Brandon Wuchter, Cristin (Wuchter) Ferris and husband Sean, Sean Hertzog and wife Julie, Dylan Geisinger and wife Alyssa, Chase Beil and wife Sasha, Katie Beil, Eddie, Elena, and Peter Madueno, Jennifer (Pietrowski) Kelly and husband Shawn, Thomas M. Pietrowski, Ben and Adam Peer, Ashley and Alyssa Parker, and Aaron and Daniel Levan.

There are four great great grandchildren, Braydon, Chase, and Teagen Hertzog and Everly Ferris.

She is predeceased by grandchildren, Tyrone Kemp and Jane (Kemp) Hertzog and sisters, Lillian Wadlinger and Gladys Boyer.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family as requested by Myrtle.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Myrtle F. Parker to Meals On Wheels, Berks Encore, 40 N. 9th St., Reading, PA 19601.
