Marie F. Brown

Marie F. (Angstadt) Brown 89 formerly of Laureldale died Friday afternoon in the Fair Acres Nursing Home, Lima where she had been a guest since June 2014. She is the widow of Clayton C. Brown , who died August 8, 1998.

Marie was born in Exeter Township on September 9, 1927. She was the daughter of the late William B. and Bessie S. (Fisher) Angstadt.

Surviving is a daughter Cynthia L. wife David R. Hartline, Jr. of Parkside, PA. Also, three grandchildren, Justin D.; Jonathan D.; and Douglas R. Hartline.

Marie was predeceased by a brother, Harold Angstadt.

Mrs. Brown was a member of Swartzwald United Church of Christ. She was a member of Reading Chapter #251 Order of the Eastern Star. She was past matron of the Elizabeth Herr Chapter #131.

Marie had worked in the cafeteria at Albright College for eight years.

Funeral services from Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc. Temple on Friday at 10:30 A.M. with the Reverend Robin Henry officiating. Interment in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.

Family will receive friends on Friday 9:30 A.M. until time of service.
