Luther A. "Lou" Gilbert, 97, formerly of Reading, passed away June 2, 2015 in Wassila, Alaska
He was the husband of the late Jane A. (Miller) Gilbert, with whom he had been married 60 years.
Luther was an avid hunter and fisherman. He worked in several companies in Reading, having last worked at Car Tech where he had retired in January 1980.
Surviving are son, James A. Gilbert of Wasilla, AK and daugher, Judith E. Rudloff of Mohnton.
Services and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
Services have been entrusted to Milkins Giles Funeral Home, 4914 Kutztown Road, Temple.
