Louella J. Stoudt

August 19, 1930 — October 4, 2013

Louella J. Stoudt, 83, of Muhlenberg Twp., passed away Friday October 4th in her residence with her loving family by her side.

She was married to the late Mervin G. Stoudt who passed away January 1, 1983.

Born in Leesport, she was the daughter of the late George Althouse, Sr. and Ida Mae (Clawser) Althouse.

She was a waitress at the Sherwood Diner in Muhlenberg Twp. and the Temple Fire Co.
She was a member of Zion Spies Evangelical Reformed Church.
She loved to travel, do needlework and spend time with her family.

Surviving are two daughters, Ellen L., wife of David Clentimack of Muhlenberg Twp., and Mary Ann, wife of George Marcincin of Fleetwood. A daughter-in-law, JoAnn Marcincin and son-in-law, Michael Marcincin of Alsace Twp., a sister-in-law, Dorothy Rollman of Lehighton, and long time family friend Scott T. Sheetz of Fleetwood.

One brother, Howard Althouse of Reading and two sisters, Dorothy Freese of Reading and Patricia Spatz of Reinholds.

There are seven grandchildren, Tina M. and Jamie L. Clentimack and her domestic partner Brad Roche, Kyle Marcincin and George Marcincin and fiancé Shelia Paine, Kendra, Brittany, and KayCee Marcincin. Also, two great grandchildren, Andrew Snyder and Teresa Klotunowitch.

Also, surviving is her beloved dog, Pookie.

A memorial service will be Saturday, October 19th at 10 AM in the Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc., 4914 Kutztown Rd., Temple with Rev. Merrill Marisseau officiating. Interment will follow in Good Shepherd Cemetery. Friends may attend a visitation with the family on Saturday morning from 9 AM until service time in the funeral home.
