Lindsay was born on December 19, 1960 in Richmond, VA to Lloyd Jackson, Sr. and Grace Jackson Rodwell. He saw God’s hand and heard His voice saying, “Come with me my dear child.” And away he went home at 1:15 AM on December 25, 2019 surrounded by loved ones and a hose of Angels. He was ushered into Heaven with praise and worship.
Lindsay grew up in Reading, PA where he was known as “Lizard”. Education was important in Lindsay’s life. He graduated from Wilson High School and received a degree in Auto Body Work from Muhlenberg Vo-Tech in 1978.
In tenth grade, he was employed by Kline’s Paint. After graduating from High School, he was employed by Penske. Lindsay was a favorite of Mr. Penske, working on his race cars and airplane. After leaving Penske’s, he returned to Kline’s Paint and worked until October, 2019.
Lindsay was a past member of Union Baptist Church.
To cherish his memory, he leaved his mother, Grace Rodwell (Edward); his wife, Patricia; one daughter, Lindsey M. Jackson (Ibrahim); one son, Malachi; one grandson, Carter; all of Reading, PA; one brother, Lloyd Jackson, Jr., Kissimmee, FL; two sisters, Annette Williams, Pottsville, PA; Joy Davies, Reading, PA; three chosen sisters, Cindy Battle (James), Reading, PA; Crystal Thomas (Courtland), Philadelphia, PA; Maddie Pacifico, Reading, PA; two chosen brothers, David Davies (Carol), Reading, PA; Darius Graham, Reading , PA.
One aunt, Girley Brown (Alton), Richmond, VA; one uncle, Arthur Jackson (Ruby), Goochland County, VA; one great uncle, Nathan Cooley, Reading, PA; seven nieces and nephews; twelve great nieces and nephews; two special friends, Vicky Price and Bridget Key (James), and a host of cousins and friends.
Lindsay was predeceased by his father Lloyd Jackson, Sr.; one daughter Baby Lindsey M. Jackson.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 30, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Wyomissing Church of the Brethren, 2200 State Hill Road, Wyomissing, PA 19610. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the time of service. Online condolences may be offered at milkinsgilesfuneralhome.com
