Lillian V. Marburger

Lillian V. Marburger, 93, of Muhlenberg Twp., passed away Sunday July 26th in her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Lillian was married to the late Allen E. Marburger who passed away July 20, 1990.
Born in Ruscombmanor Twp., she was the daughter of the late James B. Conrad and Eva V. (Batz) Conrad.
Lillian was a cashier for the former Plaza Dairyland, on the Fifth Street Hwy in Muhlenberg Twp., for thirty two years retiring in 2004.
Lillian loved her home and crocheting. She was a den mother for ten years for Cub Scout Pack No. 222 at St. Mark's Lutheran Church.
Surviving is one son, Dennis P. Marburger, husband of Joyce, of Stewartstown, PA . There are three daughters, Margaret Kieffer of Old Saybrooke , CT, Mary E., wife of John "Jack" Swartz of Reading, and Debra L., wife of John Mitchell of Dagsboro, DE. She is also survived by a daughter in law, Elaine Marburger of Pickens SC.
There is one brother, Leonard Conrad of Alabama.
There are thirty four grandchildren, fifty eight great grandchildren, and thirty two great great grandchildren.
Lillian is predeceased by three children, Allen J. Marburger, Geraldine Miller, and Richard G. Marburger.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 1st at 10 am in the Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc., 4914 Kutztown Rd., Temple with Rev. Dr. Anja Nicole Stuckenberger officiating.
Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
A viewing will be held on Friday evening from 6 until 7:30 pm in the funeral home.
