Le Roy was born in Kutztown on November 29,1930. He was the son of the late William and Edna (Gift) Leibelsperger.
He was a huge NASCAR fan which created many special friendships for him.
Le Roy retired in 1984 with twenty-five years of service last working as a tractor trailer driver for Bachman Pretzels.
Mr. Leibelsperger served his country with honor in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.. He was a former member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Kutztown..
Surviving is a sister Stella (aka: Sally) Leibelsperger of Kutztown. Also, two nephews; Dennis J. and Carl W. Bucks of Kutztown.
Friends may call at the Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc. Temple on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. Inurnment in St. Peter's Cemetery, Richmond Township.
