Leon E. Wojszwillo

Leon E. Wojszwillo 78 of Mohnton, Brecknock township died Monday at 11:10 A.M. in the Reading Hospital.
He was the husband of Jean (Mengel) Wojszwillo.
Leon was a very devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
He was born in Reading on April 21, 1938. He was the son of the late Leon and Mae (Roeser) Wojszwillo
He was the father of Daniel P. Fritz of Cary, NC; Barbara J. Dotterer of Mount Penn; and John M. Fritz of Levittown.
Leon loved his grandchildren; Steven M. Gehris, Diana Fritz, Richard Wesner, and Josette Fritz. Also, Leon had two great grandchildren; Hikari L. and Allora J. Gehris.
He served his country during peacetime in the United States Army. He was a graduate of Reading High School.
Leon retired in 2005 with eighteen years service as a composer at Reading Eagle Company. He, also, had been employed thirty years by F.A. Woerner Print Shop as a photographer and linotype operator.
He was a member of the Pittsburgh Typographical Union #7, CWA Union 14827, and Reading Chapter #86.
He enjoyed bird watching, building models, and horticulture.
Cremation services are being provided by Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc. Temple.
