Kathleen E. McNichol “Peppy”, 77, of Temple, PA passed away Saturday, October 28th in her residence.
She was the daughter of the late Norris J. and Helen M. (Jenco) Botwright.
She was married to Charles A. McNichol, they celebrated more than 55 years of loving marriage.
There was nothing more important to her than her family and five grandchildren.
Her family was everything to her, she loved them very much and they loved her.
She was predeceased by: James J. Botwright – Brother (Survived by spouse Nancy Botwright), Timothy J. Botwright – Brother (Survived by spouse Patricia Botwright), Gery J. Botwright – Brother, and Pamela A. Frost – Sister.
She is survived by her Children and Grandchildren: Charles C. McNichol and wife Jennifer M. McNichol (Hepner), Elizabeth A. McNichol, Timothy W. McNichol and wife Beth A. McNichol (Wrable) and their children: Megan E. McNichol and Timothy C. McNichol, and Rebecca A. (McNichol) Iswalt, and husband Jason C. Iswalt and their children, Pamela C. Iswalt, Christopher V. Iswalt, and Annie R. Iswalt.
The family would like to extend a special note of thanks to the skilled and caring team at Bayada Home Health Care.
She attended Reading Central Catholic High School and many years ago was employed by Western Electric.
She was a devoted homemaker and neighborhood caregiver.
She was a member of Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church, Hyde Park.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, November 3rd at 11 AM in Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church, 3121 Kutztown Rd., (Hyde Park) Reading, PA 19605 with Father Allen Hoffa as celebrant.
A viewing will be held on Thursday evening from 6 until 8 PM and Friday morning from 9:30 until 10:15 AM in the Milkins Trymbiski Funeral Home, 4914 Kutztown Rd., Temple.
Interment will follow the Mass on Friday in Gethsemane Cemetery.
