Joyce M. (Strickler) Weaver

Joyce M. Weaver, age 69, passed away early Saturday morning, October 12th at Berks Heim.
She was the wife of Harold S. Weaver, Sr. with whom she had shared 53 years of marriage.
Born in Womelsdorf, PA, she was the daughter of the late John I. and Mildred (Behney) Strickler.
Mrs. Weaver had been a member of Friedens Lutheran Church. She was a dedicated wife and loving mother.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons: Harry S. Weaver, Jr., husband of Sherry, of Fleetwood and Greg Weaver, husband of Deborah, of Exeter Twp.
There are three grandchildren: Aleea Penkauski and Brittany and Brandon Weaver; and two great-grandchildren: Brianna Weaver and Gage Penkauski.
Also surviving are a brother, Harold Strickler, of Frystown and a sister, Lillian Betz, of Robesonia.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 21st at 7:30 p.m. in the Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc., 4914 Kutztown Rd., Temple, PA with Rev. Robert G. Argot, Jr. officiating. Family and friends may call from 6:30 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
