John I. "Sonny" Schwab

John I. “Sonny” Schwab, 80, of Centre Twp., passed away Thursday morning in his residence.
John was married to Betty S. (Zimmerman) Schwab.
Born in Evansville, he was the son of the late John and Grace (Breidegam) Schwab.
John was employed for over forty years for Allentown Portland Cement Company in Evansville.
He enjoyed playing golf.
Additional survivors include a daughter, Peggy Ann Carpenter and husband Ken Carpenter of Shillington and a grandchild Katelynn Focht, wife of Bryan Focht.
There are two siblings, Maryann Reiter and George Schwab.
He is predeceased by his siblings, Helen Heller and Grace Miseyko
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 24th at 11 AM in the Milkins Trymbiski Funeral Home, 4914 Kutztown Rd., Temple.
A viewing will be held on Thursday morning from 9:30 am until 11:00 am in the funeral home.
Interment will follow the service in Berks Country Memorial Gardens.
