Grace E. (Wanner) Stoudt

Grace E. Stoudt, 97, of Bern Twp., passed away Friday September 19th in her residence.

She was married to the late Warren H. Stoudt who passed away August 4, 1997.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Wanner and Gertrude (Hess) Wanner.

She was employed many years for the former Lincoln's Restaurant in Bern Twp. and then many years for Berks Heim.

She was a member of Bern Reformed United Church of Christ, Bern Twp., where she attended for many years and was the oldest member of the congregation.

She enjoyed traveling.

Grace loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

There is one daughter, Brenda Wentzel, wife of Douglas of Bern Twp.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Linda Schaeffer and an infant son.

There are three grandchildren, Terrie Moore and husband Jeffrey, Eric Schaeffer and wife Hillary, and Amy Alivernini and husband John.

Also, five great grandchildren, Joshua and Lauren Ebright, Hannalise and Juliana Schaeffer, and Abigail Alivernini.

She was predeceased by a sister, Marian Kendig and a brother, Robert Wanner.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday September 25th at 11 am in Bern Reformed United Church of Christ, 3196 Bernville Rd., (Route 183) Leesport, PA 19533 with Rev. Jim Roth officiating.
Interment will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery in Bernville.

A viewing will be held on Thursday morning from 10am until time of service in the church.
Contributions may be made to the memorial fund of Bern Reformed UCC at the above address.
