George P Roebuck

George P.  Roebuck, 74, of Laureldale, passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022, in the Reading Hospital.

Born on July 16, 1947, in Walden, NY, he was a son to the late George and Ruth (McCord) Roebuck. He was the husband of Linda (Allen) Roebuck with whom he shared 47 years of marriage.

George was a proud United States Navy Veteran. He was a graduate of Orange County Community College where he obtained his Associates Degree and then attended Fairleigh Dickenson University. Most recently, George was employed by Kenneth Klein Windows and Doors where he worked for many years until his retirement. Previously, he was employed by Wickes Lumber where he worked for 17 years. He also served as a long-time volunteer at the Muhlenburg Community Library, Muhlenburg Churches and the Food Pantry.

In addition to his wife, Linda, George is survived by his children, Kathie Roebuck Murray, wife of Eric, and Adam H. Roebuck, partner of Michael Greenstein. Also surviving are his Grandchildren, George T., Carmela, and Josephine Roebuck and Ephram and Harrison Murray; Brother, Paul Roebuck, husband of Karen, of Plano, TX; Brother-in-law, Robert Allen, husband of Sheila; Mother-in-law, Julia C. Allen of Matamoras, PA; Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and his beloved dog, Tex Ritter, who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Ruth (McCord) Roebuck and his father-in-law, Harold Allen

A Viewing will be held Thursday, January 27, 2022, from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at Milkins Trymbiski Funeral Home, 4914 Kutztown Road, Temple, with a memorial service beginning at 12:00 pm.

Burial will take place in Gethsemane Cemetery.
