Flora C. (Coffin) Heverly

January 4, 1933 — December 21, 2013

Flora C. Heverly, 80, of Ruscombmanor Twp., passed away Saturday
December 21st in St. Joseph Medical Center following a short illness.

She was married to the late Howard J. Heverly who passed away
March 6, 2003.

Born in Brooklyn New York, she was the daughter of the late John T. Coffin
and Edna M. (Hogberg) McCormack.

She graduated from Bay Ridge High School in Brooklyn , NY and was a
member of the All City Chorus in New York City.

Flora and her late husband Howard "Billy" owned and operated Heverly's
Garage in Blandon from 1968 until 1974. In 1974 they both started
Heverly's Trucking, a cross country husband and wife double team,
operating it until 1989.

She was a member of Trinity Bible Fellowship Church in Blandon.

She was a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary and a EMT for the Blandon
Ambulance Crew. She enjoyed bingo, sewing, knitting, cooking, gardening,
and was a avid reader.

Surviving are her children, Howard W. Heverly and fiancé Donna Dysput of
Fleetwood, Nina V. Heverly of Fleetwood, Lorena E. "Lori" Stufflet, wife
of Lester "Skip" Stufflet, Jr. of Muhlenberg Twp., and James E. Heverly,
husband of Judi of Fleetwood.

She is predeceased by a daughter, Susan L. McNabb,
who passed away August 6, 2013 and survived
by Susan's husband, Daniel McNabb of Muhlenberg Twp.

There are five grandchildren, Heather V., wife of Steve Adams of
Shoemakersville, Sherry C. Schaeffer of Charlottesville, VA, Lt. Kira M.,
wife of Lee C. Moody of Mobile Alabama, Howard R. "Bobby" Heverly of
Laureldale, and Bryan E. Heverly-Hughes of Fleetwood. Also, five great
grandchildren, Jessica A., Lucas A. J., and Jennifer Flora Adams, James
W. Schaeffer, and Abrahm L. Moody.
There is one brother, Edward McCormack of Florida.

She is predeceased by sisters, Veronica E. Neal and Edna M. Zajack and a
brother Thomas A. Coffin.

Funeral services will be Saturday December 28th at 11 am in Trinity Bible
Fellowship Church, 220 N. Main St., Blandon, PA 19510 with Pastor
Alan Miller officiating, Interment will follow in Maidencreek Cemetery,
Blandon.

A viewing will he held on Friday evening from 7 pm until 9 pm in the
Milkins Giles Funeral, Home, Inc., 4914 Kutztown Rd., Temple
and Saturday morning from 10 am until time of service in Trinity
Bible Fellowship Church.
