Fern J. Snyder, 85, of Rockland Twp., passed away Monday November 10th in Manor Care Health Services in Laureldale.
She was the daughter of the late Adam and Helen Snyder.
Fern was the owner and operator of the former Walnuttown Hotel for twenty years.
In earlier years she had been employed by the former Western Electric in Reading.
Surviving are Fern's children, Sherry E., wife of John C. Heim of Mohnton, Henry T. Brewer of Schuylkill Haven, and Donna M., wife of Tab Green of Shoemakersville.
There are five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Fern is survived by her companion, Lawayne Kline of Rockland Twp.
There is one predeceased grandchild.
A viewing will take place on Friday November 14th from 10 am until 11 am in the Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc., 4914 Kutztown Rd., Temple.
Interment will be private at the convenience of the family in Good Shepherd Cemetery in Tuckerton.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 498 Bellevue Ave., Laureldale, PA 19605.
