Edward J. Cramer 92 formerly of Eisenbrown Road, Riverview Park died Sunday evening in the Wyomissing Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. He was the widower of Ellen (Rickenbach) Cramer, who died June 2006.
Edward was born in Berks County on July 23, 1923. He was the son of the late Howard L. and Edna V. Cramer. He was predeceased by a brother, Richard Cramer, in 1950.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews. Also, a sister in law, Nancy Rickenbach
Edward was a member of the Lutheran faith. In past years he was involved in the Meals on Wheels. He ,also, was active in the local Boy Scouts.
Mr. Cramer served his country in the United States Army during World War II. He graduated from the former Ontelaunee Vocational School.
Edward was employed forty years by Carpenter Technology last working as a Chem. Lab supervisor.
Graveside services on Saturday, December 26th at 11:00 A.M. in Maidencreek Cemetery with Reverend Robert Argot officiating.
