Doris R. (Rhine) Fetterman
August 6, 1924 — July 25, 2018
Doris R. Fetterman, 93, formerly of Temple, passed away Wednesday, July 25th in Keystone Villa at Fleetwood.
Doris was married to the late Lee J. Fetterman who passed away August 17, 1980.
Born in Muhlenberg Twp., she was the daughter of the late Charles F. Rhine and Irene M. (Davis) Rhine.
She was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church in Laureldale.
She was employed by the former Western Electric in Reading for twenty seven years retiring in 1985.
She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America and the Ladies Auxillary of the Temple Fire Co. and Mt. Pleasant Fire Co.
She was a member of the Ladies Auxillary of the Reading Hospital where she was a volunteer for many years.
Surviving is a daughter, Linda L., wife of Robert L. Kline of London, Ontario.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Terry L. Fetterman, Jr., Gregory, Alyssa, and Rachel Kline, and Jason J. Fetterman.
There are eight great grandchildren.
She is predeceased by a son, Terry L. Fetterman, Sr. and her siblings, June R. Delp and Ardell E. Bucks.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 28th at 10:30 am in the Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc., 4914 Kutztown Rd. Temple.
A viewing will be held on Saturday morning from 9:30 am until the time of service in the funeral home.
Interment will follow the service in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Maidencreek Twp.
