Donna L. Spinka, 66, formerly of Temple, passed away Friday, October 2nd in Manor Care, Laureldale. Donna courageously battled several illnesses for many years.
Born in Reading, she was the daughter of Donald Guiles, husband of MaryJane Guiles of Fleetwood and Dolores (Frantz) Hosler, widow of Edward W. Hosler of Lancaster.
Donna was employed by Schell's Drive Inn in Temple for twenty eight years. She later was employed by Walmart in Muhlenberg Twp. until retiring in 2008.
Donna loved her family, especially her grandchildren who she loved spending time with.
Surviving are two daughters, Kim Spinka and Shelly, wife of Dane Clouser both of Laureldale.
There are two grandchildren, Jeremy and Joshua Brooks. Also, one great granddaughter, Sophia Lynne Brooks.
Donna is survived by her siblings, Susan, wife of Thomas Witman of Franklin Springs GA, Edward Hosler of Lancaster, Keith Hosler and wife Beverly of Mohrsville, and Elizabeth, wife of Shawn Hoch of Oley.
Family and friends may attend a viewing on Wednesday evening from 7 until 9 pm in the Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc., 4914 Kutztown Rd., Temple. A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday evening at 8:30 pm in the funeral home.
Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
