Donald E. Stamm

Donald E. Stamm, 86, of Jefferson Twp., passed away Friday morning in his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Donald was married to the late Shirleyann “Shirley” R. Stamm who passed away September 26, 2007. Donald and Shirley had celebrated forty-five years of marriage.

Born in Reading he was the son of the late Robert Stamm and Eva Catherine (Neider) Stamm.

Donald is survived by a daughter, Kimberly M., wife of Brian Kegerreis of Bernville.

There are also three grandchildren: Shane, husband of Damaris Kegerreis, Cody, husband of Lydia Kegerreis, and Brett, husband of Bailey Kegerreis. There are three great grandchildren: Avonlea, Oren, and Dalton Kegerreis.

Also, he is predeceased by two sisters: Vivian “Dolly” Stamm and Patricia (Stamm) Abraham.

He was a member of Fleetwood Bible Church in Fleetwood.

He graduated from Governor Mifflin High School and served in the U. S. Army National Guard for eight years.

He was a Postal Worker for thirty-six years. He retired from the Reading Post Office as a Mail Handler in September 2003.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 22^nd at 11 AM in the Kirkhoff Funeral Home, 206 N. Main St., Bernville.

There will be a viewing on Tuesday evening from 6 until 8 PM and Wednesday morning from 10 until 11 AM in the Kirkhoff Funeral Home.

Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
