Denise M. Jeter

Denise M. Jeter, 58, of Muhlenberg Township, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2023 in her home.

Born on March 16, 1965, she was a daughter to the late Robert Moodie, Sr., and the late Mary R. Moodie. Denise was the wife of Marc T. Jeter with whom she shared 24 years of marriage.

Denise enjoyed reading and shopping in her free time but above all she was a devoted mother and grandmother and loved taking care of the children in her family.

In addition to her husband Marc, Denise is survived by her children, Lekeya L. Preston, wife of Damel N. Ethridge, Whitney L. Jeter, companion of Anthony R. Sarge, and Jordan L. Jeter, fiancé of Aubrey E. Douglas. Also surviving are grandchildren, Ellis L. Womack, Madison L. Wentzel, and Rocco A. Sarge and her siblings, Darryl Moodie and Jennifer Gianotti Perrotto.

Denise was predeceased by one brother, Robert Moodie, Jr.

A viewing will be held Tuesday, November 28, 2023 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am with a memorial service beginning at 11:00 am in the Milkins Trymbiski Funeral Home, 4914 Kutztown Road, Temple.

Burial will take place in Berks County Memorial Garden, Fleetwood.
