July 26, 1930 — April 20, 2015

Charles E. Roughton, 84, formerly of Temple, passed away peacefully Monday, April 20, 2015 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Reading, Pa. surrounded by his loved ones.

Born in Shamokin, he was the son of the late Charles A. and Ethel (Kashner) Roughton.
