Charles H. Paulson, Jr., 76, of Bernville, passed away Wednesday September 24th in the Reading Hospital of natural causes.
He was married to Pauline L. (Glosser) Paulson.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Charles H. Paulson, Sr., and Elizabeth (Ulrich) Paulson.
He was a self-employed brick mason in Bernville for most of his life.
He was a member of St. Thomas Church in Bernville.
He was an avid gardener and a member of Northkill Rod & Gun Club.
Charles was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
Surviving along with his wife Pauline are five children, Michael Paulson, husband of Colleen of Wyomissing, Timothy Paulson, husband of Jacqueline of Bernville, Charles Paulson, husband of Candace of Bernville, Christine, wife of Bradley Folk of Bernville, and Jennifer, wife of Craig Weller of Harrisburg.
There are nine grandchildren, Scott, Thomas, Carleen, Molly, and Samantha Paulson, Andrew and Amelia Folk, Allison Weller Nesbit, and Brandon Weller.
Also, two sisters, Ann Lando of Temple and Marilyn Reider of Littleton, Colorado.
He is predeceased by sisters, Charlotte Traczuk and Mary Elizabeth Paulson and brothers, John and James Paulson.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday September 30th at 10:30 am in St. Thomas Church, 536 N. Main St., Bernville, PA 19506 with Rev. William R. Miller officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the food pantry at St. Thomas Church at the above address.
