Charles W. Henne

Charles W. Henne, 91, of Leesport, passed away on  September 17, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Born on January 30, 1930, he was a son to the late Charles Wilson and Clara E. (Stoyer) Henne. Charles was the husband of Nancy P. (Kramer) Henne with whom he shared 61 years of marriage.

He was an active member of the Reading North Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Charles loved fishing and playing cards. He also enjoyed watching his favorite sports teams, the Phillies and Flyers.

In addition to his wife, Nancy, Charles is survived by his loving children, Gloria Henry, wife of Robert, Sharon Mease, wife of Mark, John Henne, husband of Rachel, David Henne, husband of Jamie, Gary Henne, husband of Susan, and Barry Henne, husband of Nicole. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Tiffany, Tommy, Emmaline, Olivia, Ty and Kyleigh.

He was preceded in death by 9 siblings.

Funeral Services will be held privately at the request of the family.
