Carmen (Vera) Dutt

Carmen Dutt, 81, of Laureldale, passed away Tuesday, November 4th at her residence.
She was the wife of Stanley L. Dutt, with whom she shared 55 years of marriage.
Born in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico, she was the daughter of the late Cresencio and Aurora (Go doy) Vera.
Carmen had been employed by Talbot Knitting Mill for 24 1/2 years. She subsequently worked for Lyons Knitwear in Temple.
She was an active member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Laureldale.
Surviving along with her husband Stanley are her children, Cynthia D., wife of Richard G. Ruth Jr., of Mohnton and Harvey W. Dutt of Wyomissing.
There are three grandchildren: Aaron T. Rinehimer, Samantha R. Dutt, and Victoria R. Dutt.
Also surviving is a sister, Rosalie Hinkel, and nieces, Jacqueline Wilson and Lisa Karpew.
A funeral service will be held Monday, November 10th at 10:30 a.m. at Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc., 4914 Kutztown Rd., Temple, PA, with Rev. Thomas Irwin Jr. officiating.
Interment will follow in Laureldale Cemetery, Tuckerton.
There will be a viewing from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Carmen's memory may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church, Outreach Ministries, 1009 Elizabeth Ave., Laureldale, PA 19605.
