Betty V. (Berger) Meleon, 95, passed away on January 27, 2021 at the Berks Heim.
Born on November 7, 1925 in Reading she was the daughter of the late Earl C. and Ida M. (Miller) Berger.
She was the loving wife of the late Leonard G. Meleon for fifty-seven years until he passed on September 27, 2006.
Betty attended Reading High School. She was a former member of St. Andrews UCC in Reading where she was on the council and sang in the choir and currently a member of Good Shepherd UCC on Tuckerton Rd.
During World War II she worked in the parachute factory in Muhlenberg Township. She was employed later on as a packer for Baldwin Brass where she retired.
Betty is survived by her daughters Judith L. wife of Daniel Iwaschenko, Lorrie L. wife of Albert Adamski and Natalie A. wife of Terry Rohrbach. Also surviving are grandchildren; Michelle, Scott, Jordan, Jayme, great grandchildren; Jordan, Andrew, Lindsey, Preston, Raylan and Gia and sisters; Melrose Kohl and Martha Treptow.
In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her siblings Donald Berger, Verna Weisser and Fern Busch.
Betty loved to watch the birds that were outside her window, with her favorite being cardinals.
She enjoyed spending time with her collies.
She would love to watch John Wayne and listen to Barry Manilow.
Betty will be greatly missed by her loving family, who was her entire world.

Milkins Trymbiski Funeral Home in Temple is entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
Services will be held private at the convenience of the family.
