Betty A. (Seifrit) Klopp Ulrich, 92, of Fleetwood, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2022, in Willow Brook Nursing Home.
Born on August 21, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Charles F. and Mamie H. (Anderson) Seifrit.
Betty was the wife of the late Earl F. Ulrich. Betty was remarried to her second husband, the late John M. Klopp, Jr. She was the companion of Fred Dundore, with whom she spent 22 years.
Betty was employed by Berkshire Knitting Mills and lastly Narrow Fabric Industries for 24 years until her retirement. She was a member of Bern Lutheran United Church of Christ. She enjoyed bowling, bingo and traveling with family and friends. Betty especially loved attending craft shows and yard sales with her daughter, Deborah.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Deborah M. Ellis, wife of Bryan Ellis, of Fleetwood. Also surviving are Betty’s siblings, Charles W. A. Seifrit, Shirley Groff, wife of Carl and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her siblings, Dorothy Nye, wife of Arthur, Catherine Burkey, wife of Paul B. and Ella Gicker, wife of Elwood.
A viewing will be held Thursday, September 8, 2022 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am with a memorial service beginning at 11:00 am in the Milkins Trymbiski Funeral Home, 4914 Kutztown Road, Temple.
A burial will be held at a later date in the Laureldale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Betty’s name may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, PO Box 1000. Dept 142, Memphis, TN 38148 or to One by One Cat Rescue, PO Box 272 Temple, Pa 19560.
