Bently David Heffner Luckenbill

Bently David Heffner Luckenbill, 22, of Pine Grove, passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 8th in an automobile accident.

Bently was born in Reading, he was the loving son to his father, Joe D. Luckenbill and girlfriend Angela Boltz and his mother, Amie Jo (Heffner) Luckenbill and significant other Ryan D. Kissling.

Bently has a Brother, Carson Joe Boltz Luckenbill whom he loved and cherished.

He is survived by his girlfriend of many years, Bryn Torres.

Also, surviving are his Paternal Grandparents, Craig and Jenny Luckenbill, his Maternal Grandparents, Roland Heffner and CathyJo and Terry Schaeffer.

He is also survived by his Paternal Great Grandfather, Marvin Luckenbill, widower of Joyce Luckenbill, and his Great Grandmother, Kathryn Meyer, widow of Ronald D. Smith.

There are two Maternal Great Grandmother’s, Catherine Bender and also Elaine Noll, widow of Earl Noll.

Bently was employed for Bower Cable Construction in Bethel where he worked for 2 years as a cable lineman. 

Bently has always had a soft spot for animals, rescuing any that he could. He cherished the time spent with his dog, Munchie, and his cats. He enjoyed the outdoors, swimming and riding anything with wheels.He especially enjoyed riding 4 wheelers with his little brother Carson 

He loved to spend time with his family and friends and he will be deeply missed by everyone.

A visitation for family and friends will be held in Little Swatara Church of the Brethren, 31 Rehrersburg Rd., Bethel on Friday August 23rd from 4 PM until 7 PM and Saturday, August 24th from 9 AM until 11 AM.

A Celebration of Bently’s Life will be held in Little Swatara Church of the Brethren on Saturday morning following the visitation at 11 AM.

Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

The Kirkhoff Funeral Home in Bernville is entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
