Barbara A. (Myer) Noecker

Barbara A. (Myer) Noecker, 69, of Wyomissing, passed away March 3, 2022, in her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born on July 26, 1952, in Strasburg, PA, she was the daughter of Marvin Z. and Mary Elizabeth (Witmer) Myer. Barbara was a 1970 graduate of William Allan High School and went on to graduate from the Reading Hospital School of Nursing in 1973 and earned a B.S. in Nursing from Immaculata University in 2008. She was the wife of Nolan J. Noecker, with whom she shared 48 loving years of marriage.

Barbara was employed as a Registered Nurse for 48 years, lastly working at the Mifflin Center until her retirement in 2018.

Barbara loved spending time with her family and was a doting grandmother who cherished the time spent with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Nolan, Barbara is survived by her children, Sarah E. Fowler, wife of Brandon, Andrew S. Noecker, husband of Adriana, and Michael N. Noecker, husband of Megan. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Sydney Marie Noecker- Redner, William Brandon Fowler, Mary Rose Fowler, Harrison Stewart Noecker,and Harper Drew Noecker, none of whom ever heard the word ‘No’ from their grandmother; and siblings, Karl E. Myer, Elaine J. Martin, wife of Edward, Louise M. Kleckner, wife of Glen, and Dawn E. Moyer, wife of Dennis.

A viewing will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2022, from 10: 00 am – 11:30 am at the Milkins Trymbiski Funeral Home, 4914 Kutztown Road, Temple, PA 19560, with a memorial service beginning at 11:30 am.

Interment will be held at Laureldale Cemetery.
