Arline R. Steiner, 90,formerly of Laureldale, passed away on Wednesday, April 6th in Rittenhouse Senior Living with her loving family by her side.
Arline was married to the late Charles P. Steiner, Sr., who passed away November 23, 2011.
Born in Lehighton, she was the daughter of the late Willard Grow and Helen (Krill) Grow.
She was employed by the Department of Navy in the clerical department.
Arline is a member of Calvary Lutheran Church in Laureldale.
She enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading, and watching sporting events.
Spending time with all her family members were very important to Arline.
Survivors include her children, James E. Steiner and wife Martha of Malvern, Pamela L., widow of Richard Savage of Temple, and Cheryl A., wife of Scott McCann of Fleetwood. She is predeceased by a son, Charles P. Steiner, Jr.
There are four grandchildren, Lisa Holmberg, Jared Savage, Diana Hughes, and Matthew Munoz.
Also, six great grandchildren, Justin Hoffa, Alexis Yourkawitch, James Holmberg, Madison Munoz, and Isaac and Wyatt Hughes.
There is one great great grandchild, Lillian Hoffa.
There is a sister Anna Yoxheimer.
She is predeceased by a grandson, Jeffrey M. Valeriano.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 11th at 11 am in the Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc., 4914 Kutztown Rd., Temple with Rev. Thomas Irwin, Jr. officiating.
A viewing will be held on Monday from 10 am until time of service in the funeral home.
Interment will follow in Berks County Memorial Gardens.
